"The room was spacious with everything one might need from towels, body wash and shampoo as well as toothbrush and toothpaste to a mini fridge. That being said check-in was not smooth. The person the runs the place wasn't there so I was created by her father. He was lovely but could not speak an ounce of English and wasn't sure what do do. "숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았는데 룸에서 정말 큰 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다..주변에 산이 있고 그래서 벌레가 나올 수 있다고는 생각하지만.. 그래도 썩 기분이 좋지는 않았습니다. 리셉션 직원 분들은 너무나도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 사건 사과의 뜻으로 조식을 주셔서 먹었고, 벌레사건 외에는 만족했습니다."

"저는 렌트카가 있어서 일단 교통편에 문제가 전혀 없었어요. 부모님, 제 아이, 아이 아빠와 일부러 조용한 곳에서 지내려 계획했기에 한라산에서 가까운 곳에서 자고 말을 본다는 숙소가 저희에게는 꽤 매력적이었어요. 직원분들 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 바베큐 꼭 하세요. 참고로 저희는 여기서 3일 지냈고 이 루트로 여행을 갔습니다. 숙소-한라산 1100고지 (가벼운 산책을 위한 습지공원)-서귀포 자연휴양림-서귀포 올레시장-중문 관광단지-함덕해수욕장. 엠버 리조트 옆 앰버 퓨어힐 공사중이던데 다음에 오면 여기로 오겠어요!"
