I stayed one night at The Grand Hyatt with my daughter what an amazing stay. We were both blown away by the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Philip who checked us in was so nice we were able to check in in early and were able to upgrade for a small price to an ocean view room where we saw the sun set and the planes take off! I would definitely recommend the hotel for everything from hotel services to food thank you for such a memorable stay.

I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jeju. The view from our room was completely stunning. We had three side-by-side floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us a view overlooking a large part of Jeju City. The hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a ton of dining options, and we really liked all the restaurants we visited. The rooftop pool and hot tubs were great! This hotel was a tremendous value for the money. If I visit Jeju again (which I hope to do), I would definitely stay here again.

wow, I love this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was phenomenal and the room was immaculate. Well stocked with water and coffee and the beds were incredibly comfortable super soft pillows. The bedding was really soft and comfortable. I loved all the nice touches in the room, such as putting your feet on the floor, and the little light went on in the middle of the night so you could see where you were going, and you didn’t have to turn on the light for the toilet room in the middle of the night, a little light came on just by the toilet roll to light it up just enough, but not too much. Wow I wish I could find another Hyatt like this. Definitely five star.

My partner and I loved our stay here. Staff are kind and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the heated outdoor pool was very nice. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Parking is also ample and spacious, and I also saw that they have an airport shuttle which is another added bonus.
