"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were on a mid level floor (9th floor). Mid level and high level rooms have all been remodeled and are really nice!!! Staff was amazing! Special thanks to Ofir for helping us to feel welcome, for making check-in and check-out extra smooth, and for helping out when I lost a dental retainer! Fabian and others were also great! "

"We stayed one night to spend extra time with our grandson who lives in Haifa. The location is really nice, near a lot of cool cafes/bars/restaurants; seems like an up and coming area. The facilities are very basic and our room was smaller than the ones we saw online. Good: great bathroom lighting, good water pressure and an actual shower door so no bathroom flooding. Bed was pretty comfy, pillows not that great. The room (119) was clean and has a nice view of the port and sea. Not great was the...
