Lets start off with some of the good and then I will get into the meeeh. I have stayed in Tel Aviv many times at many hotels and this is at best a 3 star spot. Location is fantastic, you are right in the meat of Tel Aviv and steps to the beach. On the street level you have a great selection of food and cafés. We were 2 adults and 4 kids in 2 "city view rooms" the rooms were clean and housekeeping was great. We paid for the breakfast and it was also good but not great in comparison to other places we've stayed. What really upset me was the pool, its advertised as a nice size with a roof deck. The pool is more like a soaking pool thats 2.5 ft deep and tiny. No more than 20 people in at a time max or it becomes useless. The glass barrier surrounding the deck hasn't been cleaned since it was installed as you couldn't see through it. The tiles in the pool were missing in some areas and a good majority of the silicone/grout between them have black mold. Additionally, the pool area has 5 lounger chairs total and another 15 upright chairs, thats it. So if you come late forget it you're not using it. Lack of clean towels at the pool as well. Now 4 parking, the hotel tells you to park at an offside location thats 2 blocks away, the place looks like its harlem in the 70s, urine, garbage graffiti everywhere. No elevator so you have to walk to top floor for parking. Other than that the place isn't maintained great, for what I spent here I could have gone elsewhere 4 a few more $. Meeh

Nice and clean but we thought we were going to use the spa and the pool- both were closed during the ‘winter months’ , it is March!, And that was not explained on the website. We would’ve chosen a different hotel.
