"The staff was friendly and spa services were wonderful. The dining areas and rooms look and feel like you are on a cruise ship--dated, old, gringy, food was mediocre. The beautiful photos on Expedia are only one side of the hotel (for most expensive suites) and does NOT represent the lobby and rest of hote."
