Probably the best 5 stars hotel in Eilat we stayed at. Spacy rooms with balcony and jacuzzi, clean, quiet (no kids allowed). Good Spa facilities, tasty breakfast, but in my view, still too expensive for winter season.

First visit there, the hotel is good but some facilities closed without properly notifying you during reservation - the pool, the lounge. Not possible for example to sit in the lobby and order coffee. They called 2 days before arrival to notify but this is too late and not transparent. Especially given the premium price. However spa facilities are open and great, I enjoyed and will return.

Nice kid free hotel

Nice facilities but the hotel could use some updating. Breakfast at the Herods Palace next door is better, you can go there at no extra charge. The hotel is nice and quiet, no children allowed.

The facility is nice but the service is fitting to a 2-stars motel. I got the room later than what they committed too and the receptionist refused to acknowledge there's even a problem. claiming you get the room "starting from 3". I asked her if it means I can get it tomorrow.

A great hotel

+ It was very quiet and clean. - the food wasn't so good (maybe it's the corona) - there is no real free-parking: the parking lot is very small and if you don't find a place you need to park outside.

מלון מעולה לזוגות שמחפשים שקט.

מלון נהדר אבל קצת דורש רענון בעיצוב ובתחזוקה. עם זאת החדר גדול ונעים, שקט מאוד והנוף מדהים. המיטה ענקית ומצויינת. הקרבה לחוף הים שווה הרבה (החוף של הרודס שקט מאוד ורגוע). ארוחת הבוקר טובה למדי, ובהחלט נחמד להיות בחדר אוכל שקט וללא כמויות של ילדים ומשפחות. הבופה בטרקלין בשעות אחר הצהריים "סוגר פינה" מבחינת קפה ועוגה או פרי, וזה ממש נחמד. השירות חייכני ונעים רוב הזמן. מומלץ ביותר לזוגות שמעדיפים להתרחק מההמולה של מלון מלא משפחות בשיא הקיץ או חגים.
