"The view from the room was breathtaking. Great to wake up to it in the morning and open the door"

"Rooms have Big windows facing the mountains on one side (for the northern lights) or ocean view on the other side - makes both sides winners! Hiking trail to baby waterfall next to property also a highlight. Sauna and hot tub are lovely bonuses. Bfast food was excellent. Restaurant Staff was understanding when i complained about the salty soup and argued for the refund that the waiter said that Icelandics don’t do, apparently."

"Hotel Von is located in the perfect location for exploring the city. You can walk to the harbor or the old square in about 10 minutes, and you have plenty of resaturants and shopping around you. We were able to store our bags after checking out so we could explore before leaving. I would stay here again next time in Reykjavik. "
