Good, clean, cozy hotel in a beautiful location 5-7 minutes drive to the airport. Breakfast was good: salmon, eggs, fruits, veggies, smoothie, yogurt, pastry. It is not included and cost 21 dollars per person ( food in Iceland is expensive), but there are a few groceries stores near by ( 3-5 minutes walk).

Onsite restaurant Fiskbariinn was exceptional for breakfast and dinner. The Artic Char tartare was a treat. We also had the Brie as appetizer. Main course hubby had the Salmon and I had the tenderloin. Beautiful presentation and as good as it looked. The front desk was fantastic and so accommodating to our early arrival and late departure. Close to the airport and even though it is not close to Reykjavík you could go to the Blue Lagoon which is fairly close and a great adventure to end your day

Lovely boutique hotel close to airport but no airport noise. We enjoyed to lovely included breakfast and also had a dinner there. We walked by the ocean and enjoyed the rooftop hot tub/pool which was pristine and had towels and private shower facilities right there. Great for unwinding after a long flight.

This hotel is a gem. It is not far from the airport. It is about 40 miles to the cruise port. However, the lovely front desk agent can easily set up a cab for you. The hotel is well appointed, the staff is friendly and gracious and very helpful. Being a small hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how wonderful the restaurant is that is right in the hotel. The food is fresh, so well prepared an elegantly served. It is really worth taking the time to save her a dinner there breakfast was lovely as well. The grounds are walkable and it has lovely views. The room had everything you needed for your stay. I highly recommend if you’re passing through, stay here.

Perfect hotel for our overnight stay in Iceland before going back to Canada. We flew in from Norway. Enjoyed the walk by the sea and the soak in the hot pool. Early Shuttle back to the airport was excellent. You have to take a taxi to hotel from airport (less than 5000 K a 10 min ride)

A tasty, healthy breakfast served at your table. No battling a swarm of people at a buffet. The location is ideal - a cliff top trail, harbor stroll, troll cave, close to Keflavík town center, near the airport, and not far from the old lighthouse - sandy beach and birds galore.
