"The hotel is located perfectly, very close to subway and airport bus, and a block away from Victoria Harbour. Hotel has various dining and snack venues. The lobby is decorated tastely. One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. I don’t find any maps or information for nearby dining , shopping in the lobby or room. This could provide convenience for guests."

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the property. We absolutely loved our room, the view and all the extras. Most of all; however, it was the staff that we met (concierge, wait staff, tour guide, etc.) who made our stay phenomenal. We would love to go back as soon as possible! Thank you for everything!"

First the check-in process was very slow, and when we arrived at our room, we realized that we were given a smoking room without being informed during the check-in. When I called, I was told that I did not make a special request for non-smoking room and hence they were not able to accommodate our request for the first night.
