This is a historic hotel so there are significant crowds of tourists on the weekends and some weekdays due to the heritage of the property and facilities. The hotel is amazing and dining options are robust. You should try afternoon tea for historical significance as well as take some time to relax at the pool.

Great but not exceptional for the pricing.

Overall a great experience. But too crowded and too expensive for what the hotel offered. They asked me to pay $150/night extra for a rollaway twin bed.

The best of the best.

Probably one of the best hotels in the world. The service is faultless, whilst the bedrooms are finished to an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail by the housekeepers is on another level.
