The property was great and very well-located in terms of being in the city center. Staff was pleasant and made checkin seamless. Unfortunately, the wifi was spotty and slow and you had to purchase (or BYO) a swim cap in order to use the hotel pool.

We recently stayed in this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall, the staff were friendly, they were always helpful and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel location was also a major plus which close to the harbour. It was convenient to the restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort, convenient and good service.

This hotel is located at the perfect location for sightseeing. Transportation to and from the airport was a breeze taking A25 bus. Many restaurants/shops close by. Our harbor view suite was huge with wide floor to ceiling window overlooking the victoria harbor. Would definitely choose this place for our next trip to Hong Kong. Highly recommended.
