“Property location very good all the staff is very good and cooperative like reception, house keeping , or restaurant i know 2 person in restaurant TANISHA & SUNNY, but but propery is 24 year old need renovation in rooms, rooms and wah room condition is not good”

“The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road. The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice. However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. The washroom continued to smell throughout the stay. Also, the bathtub was creaking and was clearly...

“Stay was excellent but restaurant services was not good.on 21.5.26 evening dessert gulabjamun khoya tested burnt and icecream was sticky. On 22/23.5.26 morning breakfast had to wait half an hour for tea otherwise service was good”

I also really enjoyed the food served at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and great food.”
