"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. "The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful.
