“Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. It was an experience of a life time and I do believe we owe this to her. The hotel is super clean, pretty, well located in Leh center, Wonderful spacious rooms, great breakfast. “The room we were given was appalling. It smelt bad, it was unclean, mouldy and badly maintained. It was a dead space. When we asked for another room the staff said the hotel was booked out. We decided to leave. The manager then found another room for us, but it was only marginally better. Neither of the rooms in any way resembled the photos on the website. It is a trick. Avoid this hotel.”
