"We were upgraded to an ocean front room on top of black rock; the view was fantastic! The pool lounge chairs were not clean (covered in bird poop) and many broken. The bathroom sink was cracked, the electrical outlets would not hold a charger, and there were tiny ants by the coffee maker. Room just seemed worn. "

"It was great had amazing views and the aloha workers at the hotel were so helpful especially going alone as a single traveler from seattle as a female i felt safe and good hands"

"Turtle Bay Resort was without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. North Shore, Hawaii is obviously incredible, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The staff was phenomenal. I would give 100 stars if I could! We will absolutely come back someday! "

"Staff very polite and helpful, great place to eat downstairs Mac 24/7 and other great options in walking distance as well as shopping. Swimming pool with bar and corn hole and miniature golf is nice. Workout has cardio, but no weights, which was a little disappointing, but over all a great place to stay 👍👍👍"
