We loved our stay at the Hyatt Place. The whole building was clean and the staff were very kind. It was only a block down to Waikīkī Beach so we were able to go to the beach as well as be surrounded by shops and food. The biggest perk of this hotel for us was the breakfast! It was really delicious and well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for a family getaway. Daily breakfast included is really helpful with a family of four. Close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. We love the staff there and just went there for a second year in a row. Highly recommend this place!

I liked that they had beach chairs/boogie boards and beach towels we could use and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but very limited options. The elevator was constantly breaking and only one elevator was available which would make the wait times for the elevator 10-15 minutes which is ridiculous to only have 1 working elevator for a 19 floor hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, other than the elevator issue, we had a good stay.
