Our waterfront room was a breathtaking view! Room was so very clean! All staff were helpful! We loved that you could check out a beach chair from the pool to take to beach. Great stay! Will definitely come back! Mahalo!!

Loved this hotel. The rooms were nice, had great views and the staff was so nice and helpful. It is located in a perfect area across from the beach. So convenient having shopping and restaurants just below the hotel. We also ate at the buffet which really was good and especially having all you can eat snow crab.

Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Room service was excellent every day- we never had to ask for fresh towels as we’ve had to in other hotels. Our only disappointment was the pool. For a resort to only have a kiddie pool is crazy. It’s a great location and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The beach is just across the street.

The room was clean, ac worked well, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The only downside is the massive size of the hotel. With 40 floors, sometimes you have to wait a bit to get on an elevator.

The stay, staff, and amenities were great but the room upon arrival was not very clean as it is at other Hyatt properties. There were chips in the carpet and on the floor. The carpet appears to have gotten a subpar vacuum and some hair in the bathroom.

The Oceanfront Jr Suite was wonderful and better than expected! Both the bed and pullout sofa bed were very comfortable. The staff was the friendliest of all the places we visited while on the island. We found that the drinks at the pool bar were pretty high priced and low on the “spirits” lol but that’s my only quirk about the hotel. It’s perfectly located, and everything is within walking distance in either direction. I will stay here again when I return!
