“We had a lovely stay here with our baby and toddler. The location was excellent just a short walk to the beach, and the castle was directly opposite, which looked beautiful lit up at night. There were plenty of nearby shops, cafés and places to grab breakfast, food and ice cream, making everything really convenient. It’s also a great spot for anyone who enjoys fishing. “The room was not available when we arrived despite making the full payment online.. I had to stay in car with my young children and elderly mom throughout night as there were no hotel rooms available at that time.. money not yet refunded. Raised complaints as well.. no response”

“Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant...
