Clean, beautiful location with the wow factor. Beautiful park with walks and waterfalls with a feeling of seclusion for a perfect romantic getaway. Woodland spa suite with the hot tub was amazing and we cannot recommend it enough. Great location for portmerion, Snowdonia and beautiful beaches.

I will recommend this place over and over again. Me, my family two children. Had the best stay it was everything and more, we stayed in one of the cabana suites, with amazing views and amazing facilities! Catered for everything you need, The people working here Truely were amazing! Very welcoming, kind, so helpful, We really did have the best time. Actually was my children’s favourite holiday and they are 5 and 7. So many activities to do in the surrounding areas. Beautiful scenery, we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much for our lovely stay

We stayed in he hotel for 5 days. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were very friendly and the the customer service was excellent. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. We ate in the restaurant every night and tried many dishes from the menu. The food was excellent and could not fault any of the meals. Waiting staff, chef, front of house and bar staff well done. Very enjoyable holiday in lovely surroundings.

Family room was decent enough, my 3 year old was on the truckle bed originally but the main bed was huge so she jumped in that. Breakfast was very good along with the evening meal with plenty of choice.

The hot tub trailer that we had was beautiful. We had an amazing dinner in the restaurant after our arrival.We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, the rain hitting the metal roof was so relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The experience start to finish was wonderful and we will definitely come back for a longer duration next time.
