"Loved this property, we had a junior suit and it did not disappoint. Lots of good quality restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s right on the edge of the gay area so could walk to lots of gay bars. Easy Uber transport into heart of Berlin for museums and other cultural visits. We would stay again. "

"Great location. Just at the newly opened Westfield Mall. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Front desk are helpful for any questions you have. And the best part for me was the free access to Prime Time Fitness which they have partnered with. Will stay again. "

"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking "

"Nice newer hotel, too pricey for what they offer. Clean room and facility but little things are missing to say its the perfect hotel/stay. For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. That was pretty upsetting since I traveled with my older father for his birthday. The staff wasnt hardly able to communicate in english. Towels had to be...
