We had an excellent stay with exceptional customer service, and the room and hotel are top-notch! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet; it definitely wasn't worth the money, and the options were very limited but the room service was fantastic and the chicken club sandwich was the best I've ever had! We will be back!

We had a great stay at Frasier Suites, it's a beautiful hotel and the location is great, close to public transport and in walking distance to lots of things. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. I would happily stay here again!

Absolutely great hotel, good location, very clean and comfortable and spacious rooms. Reception staff were great every interaction was first class. Sadly breakfast staff really not good, no warm welcome, food not restocked possibly not their fault as there were only ever 2 on service but a smile would go a long way!
