"We stayed just before Easter and from the start our experience was great. An initial problem with the door to the room was swiftly sorted by Daniel from reception. That level of service continued throughout our stay, at all times the staff were friendly, helpful, and immediately resolved those little issues that inevitably crop up. Hotel is clean and the room we had was excellent. Breakfast had a nice range of food and the bacon is great. Very well located for access to Tivoli and other areas...

"If you want an American style hotel when you travel in Europe, this hotel is for you. Aside from the sauna facilities adjacent to the gym, you cam find this hotel in any large American city. Large, modern rooms with two beds, good for families. A warning - Denmark is an expensive country and all the food and beverage pricing will shock you as compared to the US. It's about a 1 KM walk to the main square in front of city hall, slightly less to the train station. If the weather is good, walk...

"Excellent location close to Nyhavn and public transport options. Room was small but ok for three nights as we didn’t need to spend much time in it. Enjoyed Wine Club on Good Friday, not sure how often they do it or if it was a one off, but was appreciated. Didn’t get a chance to go up to the roof terrace, but heard from others it was nice up there. Meet our needs very well."
