The room didn’t look luxurious or anything but it was very nice. The best thing was the comfortable bed and excellent warm comforters. The view was very nice and breakfast was very good but rather crowded with lots of people. It is a great location to get to the metro. Close to the canal too.

Walls weirdly thin but otherwise I was surprised by how much I loved this hotel. Gym access is incredible. Location is fantastic. Rooms look great, thoughtfully designed. Staff super kind and helpful. But yes I could hear like… every phone alarm, bathroom habits of neighbours, etc.

Very well located close to the Metro Station so very easy to get around the City. Lovely friendly staff. Super fasts elevators. Huge breakfast choice with all allergies well catered for. Very clean spacious room. Would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

The location is close to the city centre and 400m to the Metro subway, and the Casino is right next door. There is a Taxi stand right in front of the entrance. The view from the 17th floor was very good but not spectacular. Not much to view at night time as the city is not well-lit at night. There is a "Happy Hour" at the bar for Radisson Reward members, which we couldn't use because it is from 6-7 pm. The room was comfortable as were the beds. No drawer in the room but we did not have to unpack for a one-night stay.

An enjoyable 3 night stay in Copenhagen. All the staff were helpful. Room was a good size and well equipped, and thankfully quiet. The breakfast offering had all one might expect or wish for and despite having to accommodate a large number of guests was very well run and never a problem to find some where comfortable to sit and eat. Happy to recommend and would use again should I return to Copenhagen.

Rooms and grounds were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Cleaning and breakfast staff were wonderful. Management, check in, parking and information given to guests were horrible. Ended our stay with confusion, unaccountability and parking tickets for lack of knowledge.
