The hotel is in a very central location, close to train stations, cafés and restaurants. We had a lovely view of the nearby lake and Copenhagen itself. The 3-person room met all our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location, minutes walk from so many things we wanted to do as well as the central train station. It was clean, comfortable, everything worked, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet but didn't get the room rate with it included, to allow for flexibility on days when we had other plans. Our only complaint was the sofa bed in the junior suite, which was fairly uncomfortable for my young teens. We solved the problem by having 1 sleep on the couch and the other on a folding bed, and everyone was happy! The room even had AC during the recent heat wave (which in CPH was only about 80 degrees F but still!). All in all, an absolute delight and would definitely stay again.
