The rooms were clean; as was the hotel in general. But what really was amazing was the fitness center, clean and wonderful machines and free weights. Overall a wonderful experience for a visit to Copenhagen.

Took the offer to upgrade to executive room which includes lounge access with snacks and drinks included. Room was good size overlooking the square. Only negatives were the pillows and no servicing of rooms even coffee not restocked and they only give you 2 sachets. Staff were friendly and very good at their jobs, luggage storage was also good whilst we waited for our flight.
