"This is my second stay at this hotel and the staff are outstanding. From Aksha and Ibrahim at the front desk, to Zaw in the breakfast dining room, to Jingle, Akeem and Jassim in the Maestro Lounge on the 17th floor. My wife and I recommend this hotel highly. "

The pools, rooms, and facilities are top-tier. While we faced a minor service delay at the beach initially, the hotel management handled it remarkably well. Special thanks to the Beach & Pool Manager for his outstanding humility, genuine care, and generous hospitality in turning our experience into a memorable one.
