“The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout.”

“The hotel is nice, and the beach is great, but the restaurant for breakfats isn't up to par. There's not much to do there, and there aren't enough seats, not a good bar. It's a shame because the hotel and the beach are awesome.”

“I had a very long layover and I stayed here and I loved it. The space was clean and it was big enough to hold two people comfortably. I definitely recommend it if you have a long layover or just want to freshen up.”

“The Palavra Resort has an outstanding location in an island. It has a nice infinity beach pool, a few restaurants with decent food quality. The Service was very kind. However the rooms are not 5 star: the interior design is outdated, we stayed in a Suite with no view at all. No amenities or minibar.”
