The service is amazing and the staff welcoming, food during breakfast was amazing. The club access was nise where they serve hot drinks and small portion sweet and food. The think i would recommend to upgrade the furniture old and the pillow was so soft and old so I could not sleep well. I loved hotel location but they ruined my experience when I returned from work at 10pm to a dirty room with only a bed made. Used glasses from the night before had not been picked. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The towels from earlier were still hanging up and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was my day 2 there and I had to stay there for the next 10 days and it was aggravating. Had to call the reception and they sent a team to clean the room at 10pm when all I wanted to do was sleep but had to wait for them to finish cleaning. It ruined my otherwise okay experience. The biggest and only plus is that it’s connected to the mall and has great eating and shopping options and late night movies. If it was a stand alone hotel without a mall I would have hated it.
