Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and hospital staff. From the staff at front desk to La Brasserie to Azul Beach, everyone was kind, helpful, and made my stay a pleasant one. I had a very relaxing time and they also have a washer and dryer to do clothes.

Been coming to Bahrain numerous times over the last six years. Never stayed here but decided to give it ago this time around. A lovely property and will come back. The room decor is a bit outdated but they’re very spacious and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The beach is wonderful and the staff is hospitable and professional. A special shout out to Sabita in the La Brasserie. She’s an angel.

Good for family with baby

Location is great and staffs are very friendly especially the reception lady. Sea view room is great! Breakfast ok (the day we had seems mainly Indian food). Room service was quite good. The overall condition of the hotel is ok. But a little bit old. Overall, good value and we enjoyed our stay and would like to go back and spend more time maybe by the beach or in the pool.

The hotel is excellent, check-in was smooth and quick, the room is spacious, check-out was quick. The Italian restaurant serves excellent and delicious food with a direct view of the sea. The furniture is a bit old, but it is clean. The only problem I faced was the lack of hot water for showering. This hotel will be one of the hotels that I will recommend in the future.

It’s a lovely hotel. The staff are very kind and obliging. It’s walking distance from the Souq and the spa is wonderful. The hotel overall is very accommodating, spacious and professionally run They could use an update on the hotel decor , a little bit of wear and tear. Water sometimes wasn’t hot. The beach they advertised is actually private, so hotel guest are only allowed in certain parts.

Check in was fast. Spacious rooms with outdoor swimming pool and beachside sitting areas. Good sized bedrooms, kitchen and sitting areas. Bed duvet was not made from previous guests and we found hairs on duvet, after complaints to housekeepers bed was made again..unacceptable behaviour. WiFi is very slow almost nonexistent.

Resort suites are very old and not clean enough as expected for the paid cost. Swimming pool area dusty and not cleaned, no towels are avauiable, and no enough side walk area around the pool. Beach area, club music is too loud, noisy and annoying, rocking the whole resort prperty! Overall, serving staff of resort are not friendly at all especially pool and beach area. Note: no ressponse from resort managment toward raised complaints until leaving the place!
