“On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. “I really can't fault the Cimon, we had a fantastic stay here. Julia and Jamie were so welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. All of the staff took the time to talk to us, one even offering to cut up my daughter's breakfast for her. They all made a fuss of my little girl who absolutely loved Jamie and is still talking about him playing with her toy cheetah. The pool made it for us (especially to cool down on arrival after travelling) and it had such a lovely well kept garden which was...

“Lovely ‘simple self-catering’ in the heart of Dartmoor. Great set of appliances to have a nice coffee and brekky in bed! Coffee and non-dairy milk included - thank you Terry :) we really enjoyed our stay and had a super sleep. The hot tub looked inviting but the weather was just a bit too miserable for us to venture out there. Next time!”

“I had a comfortable room up 1 flight of stairs. No air conditioning but the window opened and there was a fan, so I stayed cool enough. Bathroom is small but well thought out. Innkeepers were very friendly and helpful.”
