“Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena .
Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut .
Great communication though and excellent overall .
Would stay again for sure.”

“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything.
The location is superb.
The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout.
The lad showing us the flat was lovely
Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area
Room and facilities first class ”

“Great location, walkable to Manchester centre in about 25 minutes or 10 min Uber ride. Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need.
The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous.”
