I was very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of our room. It did not seem to have been properly cleaned between guests. We found a fingernail and wrappers under the bed, which was particularly unpleasant. The towels were old and frayed, the pillows were lumpy, and the bedding looked worn and had noticeable pilling. I personally enjoy staying at Marriott properties, especially because of the quality and comfort of their beds and bedding. In fact, I have always considered Marriott beds to be among the best hotel beds. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to those expectations. The room and bathroom needed much more thorough cleaning, and the condition of the towels and bedding was well below what I would expect from a Westin and from the Marriott brand in general. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, particularly because I expected a much higher standard from this hotel.

I liked the clean room and the pool but I disliked they gave us the wrong code at first we didn’t check in till about 8:30 because of the run around and I disliked that the elevator was down other than that it was a good stay and I would stay again!!

Hotel con una buena ubicación dentro del circuito universitario, personal muy atento y la habitación estaba muy amplia y limpia.

Pool schedule is 9:30am to 9pm, I think the opening hours should be longer. I chose this hotel over another one across the street just because of the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance. They should give advance notice about that. Nice personal and clean rooms and areas
