The room had a slight musty smell, and the pillows and blankets could have been laundered much better. The mattress was somewhat uncomfortable as well.

We had a light that stayed on the whole time! No one to fix the switch so it was hard to sleep. And they should ALWAYS have coffee available in the nook. Not make it disappear at 9:05 am.

Very inpressed

Smelled fresh and clean as soon as i walked in. Staff was super friendly. Impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Mattress was not as thick and comfy as i like, but overall, great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Great location in Mansfield

The description said there was a bar, but there wasn’t. They are under new management and are planning to open the bar annd make improvements . Only 1 tv in a suite, so had to sit on the bed to watch tv instead of in the living room. Breakfast was very basic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. The fridge was large. The area was not the best. Didn't feel completely safe. Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Place needs a lot of work.

very surprised to see the adjacent movie theater was attached. pretty interesting feature. we didn't use the workout room but did check it out. looked good. i think there is a pool but didn't get to swing in. overall, a good place to stay a cut above the other hotels in the area.

Secret in the middle of town

Elevator out of service and pool out of service. Disappointed about the pool. Need a ramp for the back entrance so it is easier to bring in rolling suitcases.

Although this property is listed as having a restaurant and bar, it does not have running ones (at least when I was there). The elevators and room keys didn't always work. The wait at the front desk was sometimes lengthy but the employees were nice. Some of the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Our room, however, was clean. Considering the inexpensive price, the proximity to where I was visiting, and that our room was clean, I would book again.

Not bad. Newly renovated room

The hotel is a former Holiday Inn. They are in process of remodeling and our room was updated and nice. Bed was comfortable. Fitness center looked nice but we didn’t use it. Staff was ok to deal with. Breakfast was not available to us. It was supposed to be 7-10 but when we went down at 9 it was already closed because they “weren’t busy” Apparently they are still learning the process of being under new ownership

WARNING❗️ Do not stay here

It was horrible! This place should be condemned. My guest and I awoke with bloody noses because how dirty and dusty it was in there. The elevator only worked for the workers my room had no heat, no tv, bed bugs, and the dust and filth literally sent one of my guest to the hospital. Never again. Do not stay in this hotel.

My biggest problem was that Orbitz didn’t pay the bill until i tried to check in at 7 pm, and the clerk said i had to contact Orbitz to get them to pay before she would give me key. That took me 20 minutes of texting befkre clerk said payment was made. Property convenient and up to Holiday Inn standards. Located in downtown and I've used in past. The hotel is in downtown Mansfield, Ohio and convenient to a nice mix of hot dog to fancy upscale. Live theater next door. But town muddling along. town i

Was not informed when making reservation that the elevator was broken and I was placed on the 5th floor, all vending machines were out of service, pool was out of service, restaurant was out of service, hair dryer stopped worked 1/2 way into use
