“The house manager changes almost everyday and so is the service level. We stayed for 3 nights and the first senior manager was excellent to accommodate our needs, including the thermometer that I needed to check my fever. The second manager had difficulty to understand English first of all. We were shown first to the room on the 1st floor. There was construction going on in the backyard which was noisy. So, we asked to change the room after half an hour. The new room on the 2nd floor was good...
