Friendly, courteous and ready to help staff. Great views from higher floors. And at the top floor, Pool and the bar with distance views of the Knuckles mountain range. Buffet meals were good and at my visit this time Indian themed, due to majority of visitors were Indian. This was my second visit. My family and I stayed at Radisson during November 2025 in lake view suites and deluxe and triple rooms as we were a large group. We were received with a warm welcome from the first day and were taken care of well by the entire staff. The Radisson Kandy is clean and well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The hotel is also close to all of the local main attractions and the city center. We highly recommend staying at the Radisson Kandy for any traveller.

The staff of the hotel are nice and the location is good we also liked the small gym and the pool area. What was not very good was room cleanliness and repair - water kettle broken, stainless steel hand rail black spotted, AV ducts moldy , Shower groutings moldy etc etc. TV had to be serviced, the I room writing desk was stained.
