I liked the property however, the accessories like the curtains, decoration’s etc… was old and out dated. And my room had a horrible cigarette smell and I’m a non smoker! That wasn’t appreciated because I payed for a non smoking room. The lighting was old as well. I didn’t like the fact that you all parked vehicles in a parking lot saying that they were safe.

Cute little quaint hotel, very retro. That’s why we picked the place cause it was quirky and different. I would suggest another mirror in the bathroom to help get ready some sort of funky vintage one. Love the swings outside the office; my best friend and I hung out there and talked for an hour or so in the cool evening. I would suggest that the front office be open 7 to 11 every day instead of not opening till 11 and closing at 9. Just in case somebody really needed something. Great access to downtown Oklahoma City, ate at a great little diner for breakfast Sunday morning and we were only about five minutes away from the Civic Center because we went to see a play that night. Air-conditioning was kind of quirky. We couldn’t really figure it out. It doesn’t blow very hard even at 62° and it was hot. It was very clean and once they can finish the construction it’s a perfect little hotel to stay in if you’re coming to the Oklahoma City area and wanna be direct access to pretty much everything downtown in Midtown.done

The staff is wonderful.. Safe area.
