I liked that fact that there was a pool and walking distance to shopping areas but barely was able to sleep upstairs from me was loud all and evening loud music stumping slamming stuff til 3 am 4 am and got charged another almost 100 dollars for needing the 3 rd night

Room needed a better cleaning- there was dog hair and dirty ketchup containers behind the headboard. There was also hair on the faucet in the tub. The provided breakfast is coffee, apples, 2 cold cereals, and oatmeal packets- very disappointing. The pool was nice and it was quiet. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

I didn't like the fact that the window curtains only came down to about 8 inches above the bottom of the window. So we had light shining in our room all night. I called the front desk, but I couldn't understand anything he said, and I doubt he understood me. Never will stay here again. I expected better.

When we arrived, we found that pet rooms were all smoking, there was no elevator, and my 79 year old husband would have to climb an outdoor staircase with luggage. Obviously we did not stay and this was not on the description. I am told we can not get a refund. That is unfortunate because I will let everyone know not to do business with you or them.

The flooring was coming up in various areas. The fridge made noise all day & night. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no iron. The area around moldings in the bathroom were very dirty & needed replacing. The toilet plumbing hardware wasn’t attached to the wall. The breakfast offering was lousy. Premade coffee that wasn’t hot,only 6 Nutra grain bars were put out school breakfast programs offer more. I’ve never written a bad review about any hotel stay, but I will never stay at this Days again. The staff was friendly & polite.

It was nasty and dirty and the cleaners did not come around when you stayed there. I had to ask for towels, and they never even once knocked on my door after that and I don’t know what they do, but they definitely don’t clean.

The place was old and durty. The room has ants and spiders. Bed was the worst, hard and springs you could fill. Noise was loud from the long term workers. Would not stay here again.
