“It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. “Comfortable stay. Nice room n0 260 everything was clean complimentary fridge items were a nice bonus. Staff were pleasant. Shopping area not too far away. Just thought there was only a swimming pool on site but to my amazement they had a jacuzzi steam and sauna too. Didn't see any mention of this when booking online but it was a great surprise which we made the most of on our 2 night stay. Travelled from there to Milton Keynes for Reggae Land.”
