Unfortunately the rooms are very dated, and the Club upgrade we paid for didn't feel very luxurious with lots of stains on the furniture, tile chips in the bathroom, a leaking bath, and felt like it hadn't been updated in about 30 years :(

After 2.5 weeks of 2*/3*/4* hotel stays throughout England during a record breaking heatwave this was the ONLY hotel with A/C, a fridge in the room, and less importantly a phone. PLENTY of parking, nice restaurants and VERY helpful staff, and only 15 minutes from Heathrow. Will definitely stay again (especially during a heatwave!!)

The property is close to the airport and a train station. The restaurant and breakfast are very good and there are a few places to get food near by. I had some trouble with the cleaning staff cleaning my room properly, but the front desk was quick to solve the issues. Certain parts of the room need minor repairs (for instance, the seal around the glass shower wall had a leak). Overall I enjoyed my stay.
