It was quite a comfortable stay. The room was a bit small for our liking but still enough for 3 people family. The breakfast was absolutely our favourite. They made extra things based on request as well.

The staff were all very friendly. I did want to order room service on the night I checked in, but there were no menus available in the room or mention of when the service ended. I also chose the hotel with the intention of using the pool, however this was closed for refurb which wasn't mentioned on the website. Also didn't find mention on the website of parking being £10 a night. Overall the stay was nice and I'd be happy to return.

Staff very helpful. Hotel requires renewal as carpets are worn and even the kids said it smelt old. Breakfast was ok not a great choice compared to other hotels. Only melon for the yoghurt other hotels have more choice blackberries, raspberries etc.

Property is a bit worn and needs a refresh, but the staff were very nice, and the room was definitely clean. Pillows on the bed were lumpy, the pool was closed for maintenance, no drinking water in the bedroom, extractor fan in bathroom not working, Breakfast was good, although machine coffee is always a let down. At least have the offer and tea made by someone who can make a decent latte.

The room was clean had extra pillows and also the cleaners did good job the gentleman who check us in was 10/10 smooth service from start to finish we only stayed one night and checked out 11 am i have to say to food service from all staff was fantastic they went above and beyond for all customers I will book this hotel again I traveled more than 4 hours from Great Harwood BB6 and was thrilled to be there even if it was for one night
