“Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x”

“Our stay at the Cridford Inn was absolutely fantastic. From the room, the staff, the restaurant (we tried the medieval recipes and they were great), the bar and the fabulous breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The area offers a vast number of walks on the beautiful Moor. ”

“A well converted 16th Century Inn offering very good rooms (though slightly lumpy beds), good ales and food and very friendly staff. We will return!”

“Lovely place, rural which I liked. They had chalets behind the property down a small hill. It was so cosy. Meals in the pub had plenty of variety as well as breakfast. They also had some star gazing rooms (where roof opens up). Enjoyed my stay and would book again.”

“We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
