“Great base for exploring the Lakes. Pub rooms were good value. Welcoming lively pub/restaurant with good range of options and very generous portions! Plenty of free parking. All in all a great experience.”

“The only criticism i have is too late for booking in and on a personal note i think 08:30 is a little late for breakfast. Beside that i found the place fantastic. Great accommodation and friendly staff and ideally situated for exploring the lake district.”

“Centrally located, near the lake, allows dogs. Needs grip strips on the stairs for dogs. Gets warm when the sun shines, at the top of the building! Is on the main road so some traffic noise. Is a fabulous property and we had a wonderful stay, would book again.”
