Conconully Vacations

Everything about this stay was FANTASTIC 😊

Unfortunately, my stay at the Westgate was not a pleasant experience. On the first night, from approximately 1 AM to 4 AM, a group of apparently intoxicated guests in a room on my floor were loudly playing Mexican-style musical instruments and singing. Even after hotel security intervened, they refused to stop and seemed to treat the whole situation as a joke. The same disturbance continued for another hour or two on the second night. It was extremely frustrating and made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. I was particularly disappointed that hotel security was unable to resolve the situation and ensure a peaceful environment for other guests.
