A beautiful room and comfortable bed in a great location 😊👍

We stay at the Carriage House every time we come to Calgary. Staff are always kind. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is good.

Location is good

Walls are so thin we got noise complaints for having a two person, timid conversation. Security following up on the complaint was incredibly rude and immediately threatened eviction. Claimed we weren't allowed to speak at all after 11pm and need to go down to the lobby if we want to converse... What?? Toilet was leaky, drain was clogged. Sheets and towels were clean. Front desk staff are polite and helpful.

I really enjoyed my room, staff friendly,I paid for parking and beware if leaving when the sun is shining, it’s hard pulling into traffic with the sun in your mirror. I dislike the valet process….once I had to circle the block 3x (which isn’t easy or quick) to get a spot up front because valet was backed up. I saw the breakfast but it wasn’t calling to me. Overall good stay!!!
