We didn’t use any amenities but looked very well kept. Room was clean, comfortable, check in staff very pleasant. Shower had great water pressure and hot water, could use an updated high toilet. Bed was comfortable, room was a little warm and stuffy but other than that very enjoyable

Really convenient location (good restaurant right next door) and overall a good stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we had everything we needed. It's obviously an older hotel (furniture looks worn) but no complaints about the service. We stayed at the much newer and shinier Ramada in Drumheller the night before and unfortunately that made the Golden location feel a bit shabby by comparison, but it *is* a good option for travelers passing through.

The location was great, awesome mountain views. The hot breakfast was quite good with many options and staff refilling it often. The rooms were quite old with no noise insulation. We could hear everyone in the lobby and other rooms clearly. The washroom bathtub was clogged aa well. Worth for few nights stay.

Staff was very helpful breakfast was good. Bathroom needs some maintenance as the sink and tub were both clogged, and Maybe it was the days we were there but there were a lot of trucks with their warning sensors going off between midnight and 4 am both nights keeping us up.

The room was very comfortable, powerful air conditioning and comfortable bed. Staff were not warm or welcoming for the majority of our stay, but provided all information upon check-in. Don’t bother with the breakfast. golden has some amazing places to eat. The Legends diner across the road and Island restaurant were fantastic.

It was a hotel near Banff along the highway. Decent enough if you need a bed and a pool and a continental breakfast. Golden was lovely and if you compare the price to hotels in Banff, then a value.

The beds were so comfy and the hotel had everything we needed! The two gentlemen who checked us in were friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a facelift (it is dated) but we knew that going in. If you want a great sleep in a convenient location, this hotel is perfect!
