“Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel”

“I always enjoy staying at the Chateau Nova Yellowhead Hotel. Its convenient location just off Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to access. The rooms have consistently been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there are multiple restaurants nearby, I enjoy the food served at the hotel's own restaurant. A great place to stay, I recommend it to others!”

“The room was a good size. The breakfast was adéquate. Staff were very friendly.”

“I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.”

“The staff are always helpful and the breakfast has many choices, so suitable for families and business people alike. The hallways could use an uplift as it’s looking very tired, but the rooms updates are looking good!”

“Restaurant food and service were very good; rooms and hallways were clean. Staff was efficient and helpful. Biggest plus was that my bed was comfy.”

“Fun was had by all in the pool even without a hot tub. Things we clean. Breakfast was mediocre.”

“Excelente el menu del desayuno, el paqueadero es amplio de facil acceso. ”

“Nice”

“Great spot for individuals traveling alone, quick stops, or couples retreats. Staff is super friendly, quick, and helpful, while building smelled amazing, room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable. 100% will return.”

“We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back.”

“Unbelievable welcome! Great room. Very clean and accessible to east Edmonton /sherwood park. Great breakfast too!”

“Las habitaciones están sucias y no limpian diariamente. Si pides que limpien la habitación, solamente tienden la cama y acomodan las toallas. Cuando fui a quejarme me dijeron que es mi culpa porque no especifiqué que quería que limpiaran también los pisos :S”
