“Nice”

“Front desk person was very accommodating. I requested for a microwave for our room and got it within seconds. The breakfast was delightful. Stayed there for 2nights, they served different breakfast buffet menus. The pool and the fitness room are well kept and well sticked with fresh towels. In short, we had a great stay.”

“We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back.”

“There was a problem with the AC, which we informed staff about, but unfortunately maintenance wasn’t able to fix it until after we’d already checked out. But the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Room was very hot! The AC unit would turn on but it was like the fan wasn’t blowing strong enough. You can’t open the window and have the AC on. We found it uncomfortable to sleep when it was 33 degrees and the AC ran non stop.”

“Staff were polite and professional. Rooms were nice, although the furniture was a little run down which explains the lower price of a night there. Can’t complain, beds were comfortable and I didn’t notice any infestation problems. Underground parking was super convenient with the severe weather conditions that’s been occurring recently Would book here again.”
