“Please have someone call me about my bill! I have been way overcharged!”

“Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel”

“Comfortable”

“I wish there were USB chargers”

“Found a room last minute on my previous stay, that’s why I came back again. Good pricing for the rooms, but.. I honestly disliked the 3 ladies speaking their language and laughing while we checked in. It could have been unrelated, but it threw me off. If it was harmless enough to say in English, why not just stick to the room's common language?”

“We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back.”

“Very welcoming! Have been booking many stays, always happy to return.”

“Nice”

“Excelente ubicación”

“The breakfast was great. Lots of parking spaces. Friendly staff. The room has everything we needed. The microwave really helped a lot.”

“The gentleman who works the hotel is terrible. He was rude and not accommodating. Rooms were gross, had no toilet paper. Our AC leaked all over the carpet in the room while we were asleep. Terrible stay.”
