“Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!”

“We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch. “Parking was easy, however the room was very basic for the price we paid. The staff member who checked us in was very polite and friendly so I cannot complain about her. In the room though there was a sound of gushing water down the pipes all evening, the toilet seat moved when you sat on it and the shower door did not shut properly and thus the floor became wet and slippery.
