Saleem ensured that my check-in was easy and informative. Very friendly and helpful during my recent two-day stay! Ursula was also excellent ensuring that room was cleaned in a timely manner. When I checked out and was waiting for a pick-up, which was delayed, a member of the reception staff offered me access to the executive suite to make my wait more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here numerous times and didn’t feel like our room was so good this time. We had room with free access to the 24/7 club room with drinks and snacks. However the night and next day the drinks all tasted like tonic water nothing had been changed or checked or had just been ignored. Not really any interaction with staff and just didn’t seem so special. Excellent location and it is a lovely hotel still and we would come again and hope next time would be more like the class we’ve previously found out

Great location which is why we keep coming back. Communal areas have been modernised and the executive lounge is decent with some nice touches of snacks and alcohol at certain times. We often stay in the junior suite which is really spacious but the bathroom is dated and in a four star suite should have a walk in shower rather than shower over the bath. If that were to get upgraded along with some of the furniture in the room it would be perfect. Good to have Gino’s restaurant attached, always decent food and good cocktails.
