Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression. Unfortunately, check-out on the morning of 19 August (around 10:00 a.m.) was an absolute shambles that completely derailed an otherwise brilliant stay, courtesy of the two older reception staff....
